Straight Cutting Oils

Derby Mistcut 38 is a high performance mist oil developed from Vegetable base oils. The product has excellent lubrication and cooling additives. The product is pale  yellow in color with a flash point of over 200 C and produces very low smoke on use.

Derby Grind 7 is a premium grade advanced product made for Carbide Grinding. The product is colorless, transparent and has very low cobalt leaching, low mist formation and low viscosity for excellent finish. The product is specially developed for carbide tools grinding with better stability against oxidation.

DERBY NEATCUT 32 is specially developed from careful selections of the additives offer very low odour and light colour to the product. The chemicals present in the additives form very stable film at high temperature and forms very low friction film.The product is specially designed for heavy cutting operations like Gear Cutting and Gear Hobbing of Carbon Steel & Alloy steels .

DERBY NEATCUT 20/22 high performance multipurpose cutting oils. They are chlorine free non-staining type neat cutting oils blended from highly refined base oils and contains special additives & fatty material to provide effective machining performance in a wide variety of operations of both ferrous & non -ferrous metals.Suitable for free machining on mild steel, which involve high spindle speeds and short cycle times, particularly on screw automats, capstan or turret lathes.

DERBY NEATCUT 10 high performance multipurpose cutting oils. They are chlorine free non-staining type neat cutting oils blended from highly refined base oils and contains special additives & fatty material to provide effective machining performance in a wide variety of operations of both ferrous & non -ferrous metals. Derby Neat Cut 10-GG is specially developed for Gear Grinding Applications.

DERBY NEATCUT 5 is a low viscosity, chlorine-free, neat honing oil containing exclusive ester based lubricity and performance additives, to provide excellent surface finish to hardened steels and nickel alloys.Recommended for honing / micro finishing applications on toughened steels e.g. bearing steels and nickel alloys etc.
